Garner Auctions, Inc. is a second-generation auction company and licensed real estate brokerage headquartered in Athens, Alabama. Founded in 1999, we were built on a simple belief: that a well-ran auction — marketed aggressively and conducted professionally — consistently delivers the best results for sellers.
Ken Garner, second-generation auctioneer/real estate broker, Ken’s father, Larry Garner, was a lifelong auctioneer/broker beginning in 1963. Born and raised in Pulaski, Tennessee, Larry sold real estate and equipment throughout the Southeastern United States for over 55 years. Licensed in Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, Georgia, and Florida conducting Real Estate and Equipment auctions throughout. Ken founded Garner Auctions, Inc. in April of 1999. Since the companies formation the goal has been the same, to achieve the best result for our clients.
Today, Ken leads a team of licensed auctioneers and real estate agents, including both of his sons, L.K. And Zac, serving buyers and sellers across Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, Georgia, and Florida — bringing unmatched local knowledge and multi-state licensing to every engagement.
